The Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer a fun, FREE way to bring neighbors together: the 712 Neighborhood Block Party Trailer. This portable party trailer makes hosting easy by providing everything you need to create an engaging entertainment space for your neighborhood. Since its inaugural summer in 2018, the Block Party Trailer has helped more than 50 Council Bluffs neighborhoods connect, celebrate, and build stronger community ties—all while having a great time.

Pricing

The Block Party Trailer is free to rent for community members hosting a neighborhood block party. A $50 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be returned after the trailer is inspected and confirmed to be clean and in good condition.

For business rentals, there is a $50 rental fee.

While the trailer is offered as a free community resource, we invite neighbors to consider leaving their $50 deposit as a donation. Donations help the maintain and improve the trailer, including repairs, purchasing new games, and replacing tables and chairs. Ensuring it remains a valuable resource for our community for years to come.
