Alumni of the Year Nomination Form

Each year the Leadership Council Bluffs Alumni Association recognizes a Leadership Council Bluffs graduate who has exhibited exceptional leadership and demonstrated ongoing dedication to positive change in the community.

Please note the nominee must be paid current on their Leadership Alumni Dues in order to be selected.  Please answer the following questions to illustrate why you feel this person should be considered.

Nominations must be submitted by April 3, 2026 at 4:30pm.
