Allie Hopkins

Allie Hopkins is an infrastructure executive and a foundational member of the inaugural hardware operations team at Anthropic. As part of a specialized team pioneering the company’s physical infrastructure, Allie brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to the scaling of advanced artificial intelligence systems. Her career centers on operational resilience and high-performance team leadership, a journey spanning more than two decades that began in the early 2000s as a systems administrator at Louisiana State University.
Prior to joining Anthropic, Allie spent more than a decade at Google, serving as the Global Server Operations Area Lead and Head of Data Centers for the Iowa and Nebraska regions. In this role, she navigated complex, high-stakes environments, directing large-scale technical teams and leading major infrastructure expansions critical to global digital capacity. Allie is recognized for her ability to maintain operational steadiness during periods of hyper-growth while building resilient organizational structures capable of navigating the industry’s most demanding scaling challenges.
