CBYP: Built in CB: Investing in Our Local Economy

Join other Council Bluffs Young Professionals (CBYP) as we come together to learn more about the growth, investment, and momentum shaping the future of Council Bluffs.

This event will feature Paula Hazlewood of Advance Southwest Iowa, who will lead a conversation around local economic development, current opportunities within our community, and the Riverfront projects helping move Council Bluffs forward. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how development impacts where we live, work, connect, and build our futures.

Following the presentation and discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to network while participating in a guided tour of the newly developed riverfront area led by Pete Tulipana, President & CEO of SINC Southwest Iowa, a nonprofit for collective impact leading the River's Edge Phase 4 Project. The tour will provide attendees with a firsthand look at some of the exciting investments and developments happening within our community.

Whether you are passionate about community growth, curious about the future of Council Bluffs, or simply looking to connect with other engaged professionals, this event is designed to help you feel more connected to the place we call home.

Light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited and attendance is capped at 20 participants, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
