UNbelievable Workplaces is the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce’s recognition program designed to help businesses strengthen their workplace culture through a simple, customized employee survey. 

This survey provides straightforward insights into what your team is experiencing. What’s working well and where small improvements could make a big difference. Companies that meet the program criteria earn the UNbelievable Workplace designation and receive tools to celebrate, share, and build on their success. 

How the Program Works 

• How to register your business (Dec 1–Jan 4) 
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to register your business once payment is complete. 
• On January 12, you’ll receive your unique survey link. 
• January 12–February 15: Share the survey with your employees. 
• February 20: You’ll receive your results report. 
• March 19 (4–7 PM): Join us for the UNbelievable Workplaces Celebration.

Program Cost (Per Location) 

• 1–100 employees: $150 
• 101–500 employees: $300 
• 501+ employees: $450

How to Qualify for the UNbelievable Workplace Designation 

To earn recognition, organizations must meet the following criteria: 

• At least 60% survey response rate 
• At least 75% of survey questions scoring 60%+ 
• Reporting of # of associates and turnover per location

What Recognized Businesses Receive 

• Official UNbelievable Workplace designation for 2026 
• Your logo displayed on the program webpage •A 2026 UNbelievable Workplace decal 
• A media kit with branding tools (social graphics, sample messaging, logo badge) 
• Recognition in the Chamber’s press release 
• 1 free ticket to the recognition celebration
