AIM provides training and resources for new and experienced tech professionals, making outstanding educational opportunities and career training accessible to all. AIM helps fill the growing need for skilled workers in technology roles by providing training, education, and connections to empower tech professionals to enter and grow in the tech workforce. At AIM, we believe that creating a more diverse and equitable tech workforce is critical to community success. Through scholarships and financial aid, AIM removes barriers to tech education and increases access to technology careers.
