MISSION STATEMENT The Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce will work to enhance the economic growth and prosperity of its members and the Council Bluffs area. VISION STATEMENT The Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce is the premier business leadership organization providing “Leading Edge” programs and services to its members, new and existing business and industry, and local governments having the desire to make a positive impact on the area.
