New Council Bluffs Chamber series explores challenges faced by city's hospitals

The Council Bluffs Chamber hosted the inaugural installment in our new Business and Community Insights Series on Friday morning. The event featured a moderated conversation with Kristen Blum, CEO of CHI Mercy Hospital and Dave Burd, CEO of Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital.These local leaders offered a behind-the-scenes look at the opportunities and challenges shaping healthcare in our community today and in the years ahead, and the important role hospitals play in supporting our workforce, economy, and quality of life.
