Community Insights Survey: What We Learned and Why It Matters

Understanding what residents value—and what they want to see improved—is essential to building a stronger, more connected Council Bluffs. That’s why the Chamber partnered with the Iowa West Foundation, the City of Council Bluffs, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Center for Public Affairs Research to launch the Council Bluffs Area Survey. This initiative reflects our commitment to listening, engaging, and leading with data.
