Council Bluffs leaders are working to transform years of public investment into sustained population and economic growth by strengthening the city's identity, expanding housing, developing workforce pipelines and attracting new residents and businesses.

Tourism leaders say the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro is experiencing record growth, with visitors spending nearly $2 billion annually while supporting thousands of jobs, major events, new attractions and continued investment in the region's hospitality, convention and entertainment industries.

Because strong nonprofits are essential to a healthy community, OCF has invested in nonprofit learning and leadership development through workshops and training opportunities for more than a decade. Building on that foundation, we are pleased to announce the 2026 cohort of nonprofit leaders participating in the next evolution of this work.

The event celebrated the company's continued growth while emphasizing that its longtime approach to serving customers remains unchanged.
