Client Experience & Design Coordinator

(Window Treatments • Interior Design • Residential Remodeling)

Interior Re‑Styling is a locally owned window‑treatments and interior‑design firm that also provides residential remodeling services. From blinds, shades, and shutters to custom drapery and full‑scale design projects, we specialize in transforming houses into homes. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as responsibilities expand. The role will begin as a 1099 contractor position during the initial training and onboarding period. 

We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in window treatments, interior design, or residential construction/remodeling. This role blends client interaction, design support, project coordination, and hands‑on measuring — with the opportunity to grow into a consultative sales role.

What You’ll Do

Support window‑treatment and interior‑design projects from consultation through installation

Assist with client communication, scheduling, and follow‑up

Take accurate measurements in client homes

Help prepare quotes, proposals, and design presentations

Coordinate with installers, vendors, and subcontractors

Maintain sample books, product knowledge, and showroom organization

Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our brand and values

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and use a tape measure confidently

Comfortable navigating a computer; familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a strong plus

Professional communication skills — both written and verbal

A customer‑service mindset and the ability to build trust with clients

Reliability, organization, and attention to detail

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, 2–4 years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 

Nice‑to‑Have Experience

Project management or coordination

Drafting, space planning, or design software

Experience in window treatments, interior design, or residential construction
