Bella Terre Vineyard is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Seasonal Grounds Keeper to maintain the pristine beauty of our luxury wedding venue and boutique vineyard.

In this role, you will be the visual gatekeeper of our estate. Your work will directly contribute to the backdrop of our couples' most memorable days, ensuring our lawns, gardens, walkways, and vineyard rows are picture-perfect every single week.

Key Responsibilities

Venue & Estate Maintenance: Mow, edge, and trim lawns surrounding the main venue & ceremony sites to manicured standards.

Garden Care: Plant, weed, mulch, prune, and water diverse flower beds, hanging baskets, and ornamental shrubbery to ensure vibrant, season-long blooms.

Vineyard Assistance: Assist with canopy management, tucking vines, weed control between rows, and debris clearing as needed.

Event Preparation: Perform final detailed sweeps of ceremony and reception outdoor areas before events (clearing twigs, blowing leaves off paths, emptying outdoor trash receptacles).

Property Upkeep: Maintain clean walkways, patios, and parking areas using leaf blowers, pressure washers, and hand tools.

Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on lawnmowers, string trimmers, hedge clippers, and utility vehicles.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or agricultural work (experience at a golf course, resort, or estate is a major plus).

Stamina & Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.).
