Risney Photo & Design is a photography studio located in Council Bluffs, IA. The owner/photographer, Anne Risney Morgan has over 40 years experience in photography and graphic design. Now that she is semi retired, she is still taking new clients in corporate photography such as business portraits and corporate events. She also does a lot of photo restoration work and unique graphic design projects. Previous clients that had photos taken as a family or have children that senior pictures were taken are still able to have Anne photograph them and any other siblings. New clients in those categories are not being accepted.
